Classification Change Requests in the Wyandotte Creek Subbasin

Please indicate below if one or more of the following applies to your parcel in the Wyandotte Creek Subbasin:

Condition 1: Your parcel is improperly classified, or the land use and/or water source has changed;

Condition 2: Your parcel is 10 acres or more in size AND multiple user classifications exist on the same parcel. For Example:

• you have a parcel of 10 acres, you use groundwater on 3 acres and you have non-irrigated rangeland on the remaining 7 acres;
•  you have a parcel of 14 acres, you use surface water or receive water from a water provider on 6 acres and you use groundwater on the remaining 8 acres;
•  you have 150 acres, you use groundwater on 50 acres, you use surface water on 50 acres and the remaining 50 acres are non-irrigated native grassland.
